Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored on our systems.

Your information is used to schedule and deliver cleaning services, send booking confirmations and status updates, process deposits and invoices, respond to enquiries and improve our service. We also use aggregated, anonymous analytics data to understand how our website is used.
Sharing your information
We never sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that make our business work — payment processing, email delivery, hosting and database services — and with the cleaning crew assigned to your job, who receive only what they need to complete it. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Data retention and security
We keep booking and billing records for as long as needed to run the business and meet legal or tax obligations, then delete or anonymise them. Access to customer data is restricted to authorised staff, protected by authentication and row-level database security.
